+++7 Basalt-Lava Steine hängen fast unsichtbar von der Decke und umspielen immer++++++7 stones of basalt lava hang almost invisible from the ceiling and continue to play around the+++den rechten Winkel - horizontal wie vertikal.
right angle, horizontally and vertically. They are about 1.7 metres long, 3 centimetres wide and 1.5 centimetres high. Origin: around Mayen in the volcanic Eifel. Their basic colour: grey. They have a smooth surface, having been cut this way in the stone sawmill. A light illumination from the ceiling, pale blue in colour, throws light on the area. The composition, produced beforehand in the studio, is transferred by piezo membrane technology onto the basalt lava stones themselves. The stones become the sounding board of the composition. The room, with free access, becomes entirely a resonance room. The cables run under the ceiling. There are no loudspeakers in the room. The composition comes from a CD player on continual repetition.
